By using the Clean Me Marketplace Ltd mobile car wash booking app (“the App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Service Description

Clean Me Marketplace Ltd provides a platform through its App for users to book mobile car wash services to their preferred location. The mobile washers who sign up for the App are responsible for providing the car wash services. All mobile washers are required to be insured, and users can view their profiles to verify their insurance status.

3. Liability for Damages

Clean Me Marketplace Ltd is not liable for any damages that may occur to a person’s car as a result of a mobile wash service booked through the App. The responsibility for any damages caused during the car wash lies solely with the mobile washer. Users should inspect their vehicles before and after the wash to identify any potential issues.

4. Booking and Payment

Users can book mobile car wash services through the App. Payments for the services are processed through the App’s payment gateway. Clean Me Marketplace Ltd is not responsible for any payment issues, disputes, or unauthorized transactions that may arise during the payment process.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Users may cancel their bookings according to the cancellation policy outlined in the App. Refund policies are subject to the terms set forth by Clean Me Marketplace Ltd and may vary based on specific circumstances.

6. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking mobile car wash services through the App. Any false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of the booking. 

Operators on the app must not exchange contact details with the customer, and all communications with the customer must stay within the app. Sharing of phone numbers, email addresses or websites is not permitted and may result in a permanent ban from the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its content and design, is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to Clean Me Marketplace Ltd. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the App without explicit permission.

8. Privacy

Clean Me Marketplace Ltd respects user privacy and follows applicable data protection laws. Please refer to the Privacy Policy on the website for more information about data collection, usage, and protection.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
