Because we are a marketplace of mobile car valeters and detailers, we don’t set the pricing our operators do. This way our customers can see a range of prices from nearby operators and can ensure that they are getting the best possible price for their mobile car wash. To see the pricing of mobile car washers in your area, download the app and add your location.

For the valet or detail to take place, the operator will require parking next to or in close proximity of your vehicle. This does not have to be on a driveway at your home, but can also be carried out on a public road as long as parking is available.

The majority of our onboarded washers will provide water for your valet or detail. However, there maybe some who will require access to water. Contact the washer you’ve booked through the chat function in the app to find out.

You can book up to 28 days into the future.

If the map is blank, this will be either because you haven’t added an address or there are no mobile washers within your area. To add your address simply click the white search bar at the top of the screen and enter your postcode and house number or name.

Yes, you can contact a mobile car washer at anytime by clicking the chat icon at the top right of their profile. Contacting your mobile car washer outside of the app is against our terms of service and will result in your account being banned.

We understand that honest feedback helps build a trustworthy community and provides valuable information for other users. Customers can leave a review for the washer after an order is complete. 

Enable push notifications in the app settings to receive updates on order progress, promotions, and important announcements. If you are a washer. you should ensure you keep the Order Status updated. To do this select the Order you wish to update from the Orders tab. Scroll to “Update Status”. Select from the available options.

If a washer has cancelled your booking with them, you will be automatically refunded (minus the service fee).

If a dispute needs to be made, we recommend reaching out to your mobile car washer, through the chat function in the app, and try to resolve the issue between the parties involved. If this doesn’t work, our team will investigate the issue and work towards a fair resolution.
