Because we are a marketplace of mobile car valeters and detailers, we don’t set the pricing our operators do. This way our customers can see a range of prices from nearby operators and can ensure that they are getting the best possible price for their mobile car wash. To see the pricing of mobile car washers in your area, download the app and add your location.
For the valet or detail to take place, the operator will require parking next to or in close proximity of your vehicle. This does not have to be on a driveway at your home, but can also be carried out on a public road as long as parking is available.
Payment is made when you book your car clean on the app. However, the payment will appear in the pending balance of your bank account and does not officially leave your bank until the job is completed. If your booking does not go ahead, the pending payment will be cancelled.
Yes, you can contact a mobile car washer at anytime by clicking the chat icon at the top right of their profile. Contacting your mobile car washer outside of the app is against our terms of service and will result in your account being banned.
Enable push notifications in the app settings to receive updates on order progress, promotions, and important announcements. If you are a washer. you should ensure you keep the Order Status updated. To do this select the Order you wish to update from the Orders tab. Scroll to “Update Status”. Select from the available options.
If a washer has cancelled your booking, your pending payment will be cancelled and the funds will not leave your account.
You can book up to 28 days into the future.
If a dispute needs to be made, we recommend reaching out to your mobile car washer, through the chat function in the app, and try to resolve the issue between the parties involved. If this doesn’t work, our team will investigate the issue and work towards a fair resolution.
If there are no results, this will be because there are no mobile washers within your area. We are adding new operators every week, so check back in to see if your area is now covered.
If you need to cancel your booking, contact your mobile car washer and they will be able to cancel the booking for you. If a washer doesn’t accept your booking before the timeslot, it will automatically be cancelled.
