For the valet or detail to take place the operator will require parking next to or in close proximity to your vehicle. This does not have to be on a driveway at your home, but can also be carried out on a public road as long as parking is available.
The majority of our onboarded washers will provide water for your valet or detail. However, there maybe some who will require access to water. Contact the washer you’ve booked through the chat function in the app to find out.

If the map is blank, this will be either because you haven’t added an address or there are no mobile washers within your area. To add your address simply click the white search bar at the top of the screen and enter your postcode and house number or name.

In order to book a local mobile washer on the app, you will need to provide us with the address were you want the car clean to happen. Once you’ve done this, washers nearby will appear on the home screen at the bottom of the map. Simply select a washer, choose a service, book a slot, pay and you will have booked your mobile car wash!

Yes, you can communicate with your mobile car washer through our messaging system once a booking has been made. This ensures that all communication related to a transaction is kept within the app for security and record-keeping purposes. Contacting your mobile car washer outside of the app is against our terms of service and will result in your account being banned.

In case of a dispute, we recommend reaching out to our customer support team through the app. Our team will investigate the issue and work towards a fair resolution.

We understand that honest feedback helps build a trustworthy community and provides valuable information for other users. Customers can leave a review for the washer after an order is complete. 

Enable push notifications in the app settings to receive updates on order progress, promotions, and important announcements. If you are a washer. you should ensure you keep the Order Status updated. To do this select the Order you wish to update from the Orders tab. Scroll to “Update Status”. Select from the available options.
